Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received

Refunds 

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at checkout
• Refunds may take 3-10 business days to reflect depending on your bank. 

Damaged or Incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
